I'M HUU - LUAT DO
I hold a PhD in Economics (Environmental & Resource Economics) from UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Additionally, I am a research fellow at the Environment for Development (EfD Initiatives) and the Economy and Environment Partnership for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA).
My research in applied economics spans environmental and resource economics, development economics and behavioural economics. I focus on how production activities shape livelihoods and environmental management; the non-market valuation of environmental quality, natural resources and ecosystem services; cost–benefit analysis of environmental policies; innovation and technology adoption; and the interaction between individual behaviour and institutions.
